Following your initial consultation, an in depth analysis of your movement patterns will be done, then a tailored program combining your specific goals and incorporating the information gathered from the physical assessment will be combined and created into a personalised program just for you, accessible via the PT app.

Your macros and food diary will be monitored and tracked, ensuring that you stay on track towards achieving your ultimate goal.
