Managing teams at work, overseeing her household, and carrying significant responsibilities in both her personal and professional life. When she first came to me, she was looking to realign her body after years of accumulated injuries.
With a background as a former marathon runner, Lizzy was dealing with chronic stability issues, particularly in her knees and ankles, along with postural imbalances from long hours behind a desk. She wanted to feel strong, pain-free, and confident in her body again — without pushing herself to burnout.
Together, we focused on rebuilding her from the ground up. Through personalised strength training, mobility work, and consistent programming, Lizzy now trains four times a week, walks 12,000 steps a day, and follows a balanced, sustainable nutrition plan aligned with her goals. Not only has she lost 8kg of body fat, but she’s completely redefined her body — achieving a strong, lean, and elegant physique.
What’s even more powerful is the shift in her mindset and emotional wellbeing. Lizzy embraced the holistic tools offered — including meditation — and has now integrated this approach into her day-to-day life. She’s no longer dealing with injuries, never had a single issue during our training together, and is thriving in both body and mind.
